The General Terms and Conditions of ESTEE d.o.o. have been created to protect guests and regulate the use of accommodation services presented on the website, promotional materials or in the agency office.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the website and services of ESTEE d.o.o., the guest confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and fully accept them. All terms stated in this document represent a legal obligation for both the guest and the agency.

Privacy Protection

Your privacy and communication with ESTEE d.o.o. are fully protected. Personal data is used exclusively for communication between the guest and the agency and will not be shared with third parties.

Guests may request at any time to stop receiving promotional notifications and special offers via e-mail.

This website may contain links to external websites that are not under the control of ESTEE d.o.o. The agency assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy of information or privacy policies of external websites.

Offer Content and Service Description

ESTEE d.o.o. provides accommodation services according to published information and confirmed reservations, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Accuracy of Information

Minor differences between photographs, descriptions and the actual accommodation may occur.

Accommodation Changes

Property owners reserve the right to modify interiors and equipment without prior notice.

Categorization

All accommodation units are described according to official categorization standards.

Reservation Procedure

Reservations are accepted via e-mail, telephone, online booking form or personally at the ESTEE d.o.o. office.

  • Preliminary reservations are confirmed via e-mail.
  • The advance payment amounts to 30% of the total reservation price.
  • The advance payment must be paid within 48 hours.
  • For reservations within 15 days before arrival, the advance payment must be made within 12 hours.
  • Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Secure Online Payment

The entry and transfer of credit card data are protected by SSL 256-bit encryption through the WSpay™ system. Authorization and card payment processing are performed in real time.

All sender and recipient bank charges are fully covered by the guest.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in

Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM, while certain properties allow check-in from 4:00 PM.

Check-out

Departure from the accommodation must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Arrival Outside Working Hours

Possible upon prior arrangement at least 48 hours before arrival.

Prices and Additional Services

Accommodation prices are expressed in euros and include basic services such as bed linen, towels, water, electricity and final cleaning unless otherwise stated.

  • Tourist tax may be included or charged separately.
  • The registration fee is €4.00 per person.
  • Stays shorter than 3 nights may be 30% more expensive.
  • Special services and pets are charged additionally.

Reservation Cancellation

Cancellation Terms

  • Up to 60 days before arrival – free cancellation
  • 59 – 15 days before arrival – 30% charge
  • 14 – 8 days before arrival – 50% charge
  • 7 – 2 days before arrival – 70% charge
  • 1 day before arrival or no-show – 100% charge

COVID Exception

In the event of closed borders or mandatory quarantine, ESTEE will issue a voucher in the amount of the paid advance payment, which can be used for a future stay.

Guest Obligations

Guests are required to possess valid travel documents, respect house rules and use the accommodation unit, inventory and surroundings responsibly.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and are obligated to compensate for any additional cleaning or repair costs.

Safety and Liability

ESTEE d.o.o. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen luggage, personal belongings or valuables left in the accommodation.

The agency and property owner are not liable for injuries, illness or events caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond their control.

Complaints Resolution

Any irregularities or complaints must be reported during the stay in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Subsequent complaints not reported during the stay will not be accepted.

Court Jurisdiction

All disputes will be resolved amicably whenever possible, and in the event of legal proceedings, the Municipal Court in Krk shall have jurisdiction.
